The more specific the program will be, the more accurate quote you will receive.

Once you have agreed our price proposal, we will send you a link for the payment to confirm your reservation. Usually we take 10%-50% of the order price as a deposit (depending on trip complexity). The deposit is payable by card via PayPal.

The balance is payable in cash to a driver on the first service day, before the pick up (not after, even if your trip consists of several days)

Bank transfer is possible as well (minimum 9 days before the trip).

Included: vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, VAT, tolls, *Meet & Greet, *driver’s gratuity (*in the UK & Europe only)

Excluded: paid parkings, drivers meals & accommodation, *Meet & Greet, *driver’s gratuity (*in Russia, USA & Canada, Middel East, Australia)

Note: extra payments, such as paid parkings or additional service hours are payable directly to your chauffeur in cash or by bank transfer if carrier requires. 

We accept full advance payments by card if the reservation is made at least 10 days before the trip. The card fee is 3.5% and it remains at the charge of the client. Also for shows and music events we require Full payments.

You can receive your full deposit/ full payment (if you paid the whole amount in advance) back if you cancel the order not less than 38 hours before the potential trip; later cancellation or no-show: no refund.

1. The customer must inform us regarding any changes related to his trip not less than 48 hours before the service (ex.: extension or reduction of service hours).

1.2. All modified changes serve as updated agreement between customer and MyChauffeurDrive. No PDF or any other file with the updated booking information will be sent to the client (only in case the customer will make a request for it).

Note: We are not responsible for canceled flights. If chauffeured vehicle was allocated for your order, cancellation fee must be paid under all circumstances.

1.3. All written correspondence serves as written agreement between the customer and MyChauffeurDrive (even if No PDF or any other file with booking information was sent to the client).

1.4. If the client would like to reduce the service hours by his own will during the trip, the amount he paid for the service is non refundable and the client cannot use it for his/ her another potential service.

No. MyChauffeurDrive do not provide self-drive vehicles.

You need to request the invoice (if you need one) directly from your customer service manager. Usually we do not send the invoices.

No. First of all we are not a travel agency. Our primary objective is to drive you comfortably and safely. So please contact us regarding a booking of a vehicle with chauffeur only.

First of all, Fill out the “Inquiry form” as follows:

  • indicate pick up and drop off locations
  • provide personal or company’s email & phone number
  • choose the vehicle you require
  • receive preliminary price in 24 hours
